3 visits per year pre summer pre winter and post summer we do full inspection and tune-up on all units purchased as well as free service calls if anything does breakdown. We also give 55% off all labor and equipment or items used to fix the issue addressed.

Pre Summer post summer and pre winter inspection everything paid for no charge to you for anything no service call fee even if unit is down we will make sure that your comfort is our number one concern.  Unit must within limits set by TSM service agreement

Proper airflow without restriction is one of the main reasons why your air conditioning bill is higher then you would expect or your energy bill my mistake and it's very important to make sure that your coils have no restriction of dust particles or other restrictions that could cause your air conditioner to short cycle to come on and off due to not being able to absorb the heat properly because of the restrictions on the coil

Without a proper clean condenser coil the heat that is absorbed inside your home will not be able to be expelled and the outdoor ambient temperature from the condenser so that's why it's very important to have your condenser coil cleaned on a yearly basis
